As a professional salon hair products manufacturer, BODA operates from a 20,000+ m² manufacturing site with production, filling, packaging, inspection and storage areas.
The factory has more than 18 production and packaging lines for powder, liquid and cream products. Featuring Class 300,000 dust-free workshops, products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 22716 cosmetic GMP guidelines. It also includes areas for laboratory work, finished-product inspection and order preparation. Bleach powder production capacity is up to 20 metric tons per day, depending on product specifications and the confirmed production schedule.
BODA began in 2006 with formulation and raw-material work for professional hair products. Early projects included Hair Bleaching Powder, Hair Care Products, Hair Color Cream and Professional Salon Solutions. Bleach powder later became one of the company’s main production categories.
From 2012 to 2018, the business expanded from formulation work into professional manufacturing. Guangdong Boda Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was established in 2019, adding production, filling and quality-control facilities in Guangdong. OEM and ODM project support also became part of its manufacturing services.
Today, BODA operates as a hair care product supplier and manufacturer, covering Hair Bleaching Powder, Professional Hair Care, Hair Color, OEM/ODM services, Ready Stock Supply and Marketing Support.
